Working hours:

Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday Duration: 12 Months Secondment/Fixed Term Contract Hybrid We  believe that through collaboration and connection with our colleagues we can achieve great things. We don't require you to be in on specific days;

What you'll doAre you passionate about leading change and helping teams embrace new ways of working? As a Finance Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact transformation programmes across Finance.

You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders, from finance experts to senior leaders and external partners, ensuring that change is not only delivered successfully but fully adopted to achieve lasting business value. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation, influence strategic decisions, and help transform the future of Finance in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

You will:

Lead complex finance transformation projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget.

Partner with Finance teams and wider business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and develop practical solutions.

Act as the bridge between programme teams and Finance functions, ensuring new capabilities are successfully embedded and adopted.

Define and communicate the impact of change across people, processes, and technology.

Build, lead, and motivate cross-functional and virtual teams, creating a collaborative and empowered working environment.

Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks, taking proactive action to keep delivery on track.
