The Facility CFO is responsible for the financial health, integrity, and strategic direction of the facility. This role leads all financial operations — including budgeting, financial reporting, revenue cycle management, cost control, and regulatory compliance — while partnering with the facility Administrator and department heads to drive sound financial decision-making that supports high-quality patient care and organizational sustainability.
