Project Manager - Hardscape

Responsibilities:

Co-ordination & supervision of multiple residential installation crews in multiple locations

Ensure client satisfaction

Training & motivation of crews

Maintaining strict quality standards on projects

Visiting job sites daily & interfacing with homeowners

Management of projects to successful completion within cost & time estimates

Interfacing with sales consultants & office administration

Qualifications:

Landscape construction &/or 3-5 years of experience with site preparation and grading, concrete pavers, natural stone &/or masonry work, and job/crew management

Candidates should have hardscape construction experience, with a high level of competency in site layout, grading, blueprint reading, project administration, and problem solving.

Must be well organized, detailed, and highly motivated, and a good communicator

Must have a can-do approach

Benefits:

Earnings potential of $70,000.00 - $80,000.00, plus commission
