Overview

A well-established residential hardscape construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-quality outdoor living projects. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong hardscape construction knowledge who enjoys managing crews, interacting with homeowners, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating multiple residential projects, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction from project start through completion.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise multiple residential hardscape installation crews across various job sites
  • Manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
  • Conduct daily job site visits and serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners
  • Maintain strict quality control and workmanship standards
  • Train, motivate, and support field crews to ensure productivity and performance
  • Resolve on-site challenges and provide effective problem-solving solutions
  • Interface with sales consultants and office administration for seamless project execution
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction and successful project delivery
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in landscape and/or hardscape construction
  • Strong background in site preparation, grading, concrete pavers, natural stone, masonry work, and crew management
  • High competency in site layout, grading, blueprint reading, and project administration
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude
  • Annually, plus commission
