The Creative Video Production Manager is an individual contributor responsible for leading concept-to-completion video production in support of athenahealth’s brand, campaign, event, and marketing initiatives. This role requires a primary skill set in animation and motion graphics, with additional strength in editing, producing, and/or directing to support the full creative development process from concept through final delivery. This role will create and produce multi‑media content for both internal and external marquee events, as well as broader marketing and brand campaigns.

The Creative Video Production Manager will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver compelling, high‑quality video content that supports business objectives and elevates the brand experience.

• Lead the creative development and production of video and motion‑based content from concept through final execution
• Create motion graphics and animation as the primary creative discipline
• Support end‑to‑end video production, including creative concepting, planning, editing, producing, and/or directing as needed
• Develop multi‑media content for internal and external marquee events, including:
  • Manifesto videos
  • Speaker bumpers
  • Interstitials
  • Venue screen content
  • Mainstage presentations
• Produce marketing content across a variety of formats, including:
  • Brand videos
  • Social videos
  • Product videos
  • Paid media creative
  • Testimonials

• Partner with marketing, content, product, events, leadership, sales, and external agencies to gather requirements and deliver polished creative assets
• Translate strategic objectives and creative briefs into compelling visual storytelling
• Maintain a high standard of quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all video and motion deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing quality, speed, and stakeholder needs
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions that improve the overall impact and effectiveness of video content

• 5+ years of experience in video production, motion graphics, animation, or multimedia creative development
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent motion design and video production work
• Primary expertise in animation and motion graphics with additional competency in at least one of the following: editing, producing, or directing
• Proven ability to develop creative concepts and execute them through final delivery
• Experience creating content for large‑scale internal or external events
• Experience producing a range of video content for events, campaigns, marketing, and brand initiatives
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to balance creative quality and turnaround speed
• Comfort working independently in a fast‑paced, concept‑to‑completion environment

Base salary range: $74,000 - $126,000. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses, variable compensation, and equity plans as part of the total rewards package.
