Embroidery Digitizing & Graphic Specialist

Do you have an eye for detail and know how artwork should translate into a clean stitch-out?

We're looking for an experienced Embroidery Digitizing & Graphic Specialist to join the team onsite s is a hands-on role where you'll take customer artwork and turn it into production-ready files across embroidery, laser etching, and heat transfer.

Location:

Lakeville, MA (onsite)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Pay: $25/hour

What You'll Be Doing:

Digitizing and preparing artwork for embroidery, laser etching (DXF), and heat transfer
Editing and refining customer files to ensure clean, production-ready results
Creating proofs and supporting the pre-production approval process
Partnering closely with Customer Service, QA, and production teams
Assisting with custom projects like Special Makeup Units (SMUs)
Keeping files organized (stitch-outs, logos, approvals, etc.)

What We're Looking For:

Experience in embroidery digitizing, graphic design, or similar
Strong skills in digitizing software + Adobe Illustrator
Wilcom and Barudan experience is a big plus, but not required
Someone who is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
Able to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality
