Stephen & Co, a family run hair salon, is looking to fill a part-time salon coordinator position. Our ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills, be self-motivated, and able to handle staff, clients and prospective clients with a positive attitude. This position does require computer and phone experience. Evenings and Saturdays are required.

The front desk team is the first and last impression of our clients. We are looking for a responsible, organized and hard-working individual to join our team.

• Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
• Schedule appointments and manage the salon's calendar
• Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
• Assist stylists and technicians with client needs
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment

• Exceptional customer service and phone skills
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Team friendly attitude and takes direction well
