TD Bank - Up to $26.25/hour - - Responsibilities:
Performs customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments;
Balances cash drawers, ATMs, and cash recyclers as necessary;
Responds to and resolves customer inquiries and concerns using standard procedures and escalating to management;
Engages in lobby leadership by orchestrating customer flow, warmly welcoming customers, and guiding appropriately;
Educates customers on self-service/digital options and refers the customer to appropriate partner to provide solutions
