Guest Services Representative

Looking for a fun and exciting seasonal opportunity on Provincetown's Waterfront!? We are currently seeking a Marina Guest Reservations Specialist. The Guest Services Representative is responsible for a wide variety of tasks. At Provincetown Marina, our customers are the driving force behind everything we do at the marina. As a result, the right person for this job is cheerful, knowledgeable, engaging and courteous towards the customer at all times, providing top notch customer service while projecting a professional company image through all types of interaction on and off site.

Responsibilities
  • Answer Phones, make reservations, respond to email inquiries in a professional, cheerful manner following through to completion all client demands.
  • Treat all customers with first class customer service
  • Perform daily opening, midday and closing job duties
  • Willingness to learn, memorizing rates and Marina policies.
  • Contribute towards a healthy, safe, clean, and fun work environment
  • Ability to accurately type and enter data, attentive to details
  • Assist management, as needed
  • Assist and support special events at the marina that may take place outside of normal operating hours
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • May require long periods of sitting, standing, moving and lifting 20 lbs.
  • Must be fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • All ages, backgrounds and walks of life are encouraged to apply!
Experience
  • Hospitality Students preferred
  • Competent with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of boating a plus!
  • Scheduling Flexibility preferred, weekends required.

Applicant will be expected to start at end of school season and work throughout summer. On site housing is available.
