About the Role

Pete’s RV Center is seeking a high-performing Service Advisor who can control the drive, maximize repair orders, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
. This position will also assist with Internal Service Advisor tasks.

This is not an order-taking role—this is a sales-driven position where you are responsible for:

  • Driving revenue through service recommendations
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Owning the repair process from start to finish

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and control daily workflow
  • Write accurate and complete Repair Orders (ROs)
  • Present and sell recommended services and repairs
  • Provide clear, confident explanations of work, pricing, and timelines
  • Upsell additional services based on inspections and service history
  • Monitor repair progress and proactively communicate with customers
  • Secure approvals and close sales opportunities effectively
  • Ensure all work is properly documented and completed
  • Resolve customer concerns and maintain top-tier CSI scores
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven ability or desire to sell in a service environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to handle multiple customers and jobs simultaneously
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Confidence working in a commission/performance-based role
  • Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
  • Strong problem-solving ability under pressure
  • Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Automotive, RV, or Service Advisor experience is a plus—but we will train the right motivated, sales-driven candidate
.

  • Work outside for periods of time to assist with unit deliveries
