Assistant Client Service Representative

As an Assistant Client Service Representative at First American Insurance Agency, you will assist clients in managing and maintaining their insurance plans. This full‑time or part‑time in‑person position is located in our Brimfield Office.

• Greet clients and answer and direct phone calls.
• Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing.
• Participate in our proactive account renewal process.
• Ensure that all account files are properly documented within our management system.
• Claim intake, reporting and follow up.
• Issue insurance binders and registry documentation, including processing EVR transactions.
• Input client‑initiated policy changes.
• Collaborate and engage with all team members to provide superior customer service.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
• A high energy, outgoing personality, with excellent communication and technology skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• College Degree, and or Military experience.
• Insurance service or sales experience.
• Experience using Applied EPIC.
• Experience with RMV procedures and/or EVR.
