The Tufts Department of Public Safety is hiring a Dispatcher I to handle calls for service, dispatch responses, and manage radio communications across Tufts campuses. You will operate CAD/RMS, monitor alarms, and coordinate with external agencies as needed.
Required are a high school diploma, strong customer relations, multitasking, and excellent verbal/written communication; certs (APCO, CJIS, CPR, NAED EMS) are expected or provided within specified timelines.
