Snowsports Desk Attendant

Seasonal | Full-Time or Part-Time

Be the friendly face that helps guests start their Snow sports journey! As a Snow sports Desk Attendant, you’ll assist with in-person, phone, and electronic requests for ski and snowboard lessons across multiple departments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of the excitement of the mountain.

• Schedule and register ski and snowboard lessons for immediate and future bookings
• Process lesson registrations accurately, both manually and electronically, following department protocols
• Assist in registering school groups and other recurring lesson programs
• Manage high-volume in-person and phone traffic, especially on weekends and holidays
• Support management with various daily and weekly operational tasks
• Prepare and balance a daily deposit for all processed funds
• Provide general resort information to guests and assist with inquiries

• Must be at least 16 years old (18+ preferred)
• Reliable transportation required
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in Excel and Word
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays with schedule flexibility
• Must submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI) if 18 or older
