$20,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Full-Time: 2-3 days in Marblehead, MA; 1-2 days in Peabody, MA
• Part-Time: Flexible across both locations; one Saturday per month in Peabody

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive, restorative, and limited surgical procedures
• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions in infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs
• Educate patients and caregivers on oral health, prevention, and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and office leadership to ensure efficient workflows

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist
• Active Massachusetts dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Nitrous oxide certification (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families
• Commitment to high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
