Overview

At Benevis we provide quality and affordable dental care to underserved families across many community locations.

Part‑Time Traveling Associate Dentist – responsible for delivering dental services across multiple sites while supporting a collaborative team environment.

• Provide dental services to patients with support of the team across multiple locations.
• Maintain the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs.
• Participate in activities that promote a positive image of the company.
• Lead or attend morning huddles, planning the day and appreciating team members.
• Work extensively with children (70%+ of patient base).
• Other duties as assigned.

• Denta Pro software
• Digital x‑ray and Panorex units
• Fiber‑optic handpieces
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA and Emergency Management training
• Team composition: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider
• Patient base: primarily ages 3‑21, up to 30% adult, depending on location
• Average workflow: 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day
• Insurance: state plans, PPO and out‑of‑network mix

• DDS/DMD from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• Current, valid dental license in states where care is provided or eligible for licensure
• CPR, DEA or other required certifications
• NTX Oxide certification (states: LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
• Compassionate and strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults
• Willing and able to travel to the following locations

• Guaranteed daily rate of $900/day during ramp period or percentage of collections
• No lab fees
