Wilkinson Ecological Design seeks a Senior Restoration Designer to lead design and documentation for ecological restoration and native landscape projects across coastal, wetland, and upland sites. In this senior role, you will translate ecological assessments into buildable plans, including grading, planting, and habitat enhancements. You'll coordinate closely with ecologists, field crews, and clients, oversee site visits and monitoring, and guide projects from concept through installation.
This position offers the chance to mentor junior staff, deepen technical expertise, and contribute directly to long-term habitat resilience and sustainable land stewardship.
