• Graduation from an accredited medical school as an MD or DO
• Successful completion of an ACGME‑accredited Family Medicine residency
• Successful completion of an Obstetrics fellowship.
• Board‑certified or Board‑eligible in Family Medicine and Obstetrics
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Active DEA registration for prescribing privileges
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina medical license as an MD or DO
