Employment Type: Full‑Time / Part‑Time

Pay Range: $125,000 – $183,000 yearly (negotiable). Up to $40,000 bonus‑earning potential.

Mass Optometric Associates is a doctor‑owned practice providing convenient, caring, and personalized eye care statewide. We handle insurance filing, credentialing, hiring, and training, eliminating on‑call or after‑hours work. Our staff uses advanced diagnostic technology, including OCT, visual fields, retinal camera, and electronic health records.
