* Required Qualifications:

*
* + BC/BE by ABMS or AOA in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics

+ Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts  or ability to obtain prior to start

+ Active MCSR & DEA or ability to obtain prior to start

+ American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain prior to start
