An independent, community-owned healthcare system serving north-central Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a new practice location. The health system comprises a 134-bed non-profit hospital, a 25-bed not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital, and a Medical Group with six locations.
About the Opportunity:- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and family populations, emphasizing preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.
- The practices are supported by experienced clinical staff and a collaborative care model, enabling physicians to focus on patient care.
- Ideal candidate should have a commitment to team-based care and community-focused medicine
- Integrated health system with access to specialty services, hospitalists, and care management
- Supportive leadership and experienced practice management teams
