Job Summary The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity. • Minimum 3 years of primary care experience.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• Minimum 20-hour commitment per week.
• Eligible to work in Massachusetts.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Pioneer Valley.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient-centered, high-quality care.
• Technologically adept and comfortable with diverse patient populations and clinical settings.
