Pay: $22-$23 per hour (based on credentials and experience)

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday

About the Role

The Learning Experience - Billerica is seeking a certified Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our infant and toddler classrooms provide a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where young children grow, explore, and reach important developmental milestones.

What You'll Do

* Create a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate classroom for infants and toddlers

* Implement age-appropriate activities that support sensory, motor, language, and social-emotional development

* Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and play-based learning

* Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and updates

* Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment

* Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality care

* Follow all Massachusetts EEC health, safety, and licensing regulations

Qualifications

* Massachusetts Infant/Toddler Teacher certification required

* At least 6 months of experience working with infants or toddlers (1+ year preferred)

* Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred

* Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)

* CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

* Must meet all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
