REPORTS TO: Director of Student Services

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree preferred; 2 years of college experience required
• Good communication skills
• Prior experience working with children
• Ability to work well with others in a cooperative manner
• Strong math and literacy skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain communication with school staff regarding student progress; staff will communicate progress with parents
• Maintain accurate attendance
• Record work completed
• Help students learn, reviewing content with them
• Explain how to solve problems and checking completed work.
• Help students develop study skills and organization techniques to help improve their academic performance.

SALARY: $30.00 per hour

Hours per week; flexible pending student needs and subject area.
