Job DescriptionPosition:
School Adjustment Counselor – full time.
- Current license in Counseling.
- Master’s Degree in Counseling or related field (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, SAC).
- School counseling experience or other experience working with high school students.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for DBT, CBT and social skills development.
- Experience with suicide assessment, trauma, school refusal, panic disorder, substance abuse.
- Comfortable with public speaking.
- Skilled in creating and implementing specific behavioral plans and IEP goals.
- Experience with therapeutic group facilitation, planning, and curriculum.

- CORI Form and fingerprinting (if hired)
- Documentary evidence: MA license in counseling or related field, college transcripts, and initial or professional school adjustment counselor DESE licensure.
$55,761.00 – $.
