Para educator (4 Vacancies)

32.50 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:05 a.m. – 3:05 p.m.

Hourly Pay Rate: $24.92 - $31.44 based on experience

Start date:

August 24, 2026

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Associates’ degree or its equivalent:
  Para Pro or similar assessment program certificate, or 48 hours college credits preferred.
• Professional development as required.
• Experience working with children.

• Must have acceptable MA CORI and SAFIS Fingerprint Background Checks prior to start of employment.

Full benefits and privileges are consistent with the Northampton Association of School Employees (NASE) Para educator Unit C Collective Bargaining Agreement Contract.
