Job DescriptionSeeking an educator licensed in special education (moderate disabilities) who is committed to helping students find academic, social, and emotional success in an inclusive setting. The chosen educator will work alongside and in partnership with a content general educator. The co‑teachers will create an equitable, inclusive environment that supports students’ mental health while presenting them with challenging, rigorous content with a focus on growth.

Job Requirements- Communicate with parents to foster partnership for school success.
- Collaborate with Director of Pupil Services, Special Education Coordinator, and school administration regularly.
- Facilitate meetings and develop IEPs through a team process.
- Work well with community members, parents, and students.
- Excellent written and verbal abilities.
- Hold a valid Massachusetts teaching license.
- Hold a valid Massachusetts SEI Endorsement.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
