The Easton Middle School is looking for high performing and experienced math teachers. The role requires a full‑time commitment, an ability to create inclusive learning environments, and a dedication to social justice and equity in instruction.

• Appropriate MA Department of Education licensure is required.
• Valid DESE teacher licensure in Math.
• Ability to work with a diverse population of learners.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to social justice and equity in the classroom and in pedagogy.
• Knowledge of MA Curriculum Frameworks and a demonstrated understanding of best practices in curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction and response to intervention.
• Ability to create and maintain an environment in which students’ diverse backgrounds, identities, strengths, and challenges are seen and respected.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
