• Available on all specified dates:
  July 6, 2026 – August 6, 2026.

• Review student medical/health records and summer health forms.
• Support student medical health needs.
• Communicate with parents.
• Work collaboratively with ESY staff, ESY site Coordinator, Director of Student Services, and district administrators to deliver quality program.
• Provide support services for students.

• At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
