Overview

Head of School at Woodside Montessori Academy

Approximately 15-20 hours per week (Shifts from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday)

• Create and maintain a structured, nurturing aftercare environment.
• Inspire students through engaging activities and individualized support.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a seamless transition from school to aftercare.
• Monitor students’ progress and well-being during aftercare, addressing their needs with patience and understanding.

• EEC teacher certification is required
• Previous experience working with children in educational or after school settings.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, positive demeanor.
• Ability to adapt activities to cater to a multi-age group in a Montessori environment.
