Hours: Monday through Friday, 2 hours per day
Compensation: Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement located on the DY website.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises lunch/recess activities
- Ensure student safety and security
- Provide positive role models, appropriate behavior and respectful interactions with students and staff
- Work flexibly as part of the team
- Maintain daily logs as required
- Collaborate with staff to manage lunch/recess activities
- Perform additional professional tasks or duties assigned by the Principals and/or designee
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children (preferred)
- Reliable, responsible and dependable
- Ability to work cooperatively with students, parents and administration
- Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
