Middle School Teaching Assistant

Job DescriptionAs a Middle School Teacher Assistant your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting the lead teacher with instruction, providing support in inclusion and small group classes, and managing classroom logistics. Key duties involve reinforcing lessons, preparing materials, and tracking behavioral data.

Qualifications- A high school diploma or GED is typically required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and resourcefulness to work with students of different abilities

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
