Compensation Data

The salary range for this position is $78,000-$88,000 and reflects factors such as years of experience, relevant expertise, and overall qualifications.

Job Description
  • Plan, develop, and manage integrated marketing campaigns based on strategic briefings, focusing on lead generation and awareness.
  • Define customer journeys, campaign objectives, media mix, and required assets.
  • Oversee project management for simultaneous campaigns, ensuring cross-functional coordination and supporting cross‑selling.
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance across all channels and implement improvement measures.
  • Serve as a key marketing advisor for internal business streams.
  • Manage budgets, track ROI, and ensure cost‑effective use of funds.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal customers and downstream teams.
  • Work with stakeholders and data analysts to segment and validate target groups and recommend effective channels.
  • Develop content calendars and manage content creation and production across channels.
  • Coordinate procurement, production, and external agencies or internal resources.
  • Distribute content and assets across NAM/SAM and foster regional and local synergies.
  • Conduct post‑campaign analyses, including KPI reporting, and integrate stakeholder feedback into future activities.
  • Prepare briefings for external service providers when needed.
Work Experience
  • University degree or equivalent qualification in marketing.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing integrated marketing and communications campaigns, including agency coordination.
  • Strong consulting, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in go‑to‑market strategy, business planning, and connecting future plans to current context.
  • Deep knowledge of inbound and performance marketing, marketing automation, SEM, SEO, and social media.
  • Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and maintain alignment with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong conceptual thinking, judgment, and creative problem‑solving skills.
  • High creativity, strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship‑building skills.
  • Independent, solution‑oriented, and accountable working style.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Hub Spot, or Marketo.
  • Experience with budget management and data analysis tools such as Power Pivot or SAP.
