Long-Term Substitute Special Education Para educator
Location:
Eastham Elementary School
Position requires the following:
- Ability to work under the direction of special education and general education teachers
- Provide support and services to students to meet educational goals and objectives
- Ability to collaborate with staff in and out of the classroom
- Work effectively with students to monitor behavior at lunch and recess times
- Understanding of principles of ABA (applied behavioral analysis) helpful but not required
- Flexibility and a positive attitude required
Qualifications:
High School diploma and college coursework preferred. Ability to perform necessary physical activities to fulfill job responsibilities.
Salary: $108.00 per day
