Position Title:
High School Mathematics Teacher
Reports to:
Middle/High School Principal
Primary Function:
To assume all responsibilities for the institutional program, including planning and delivering the curriculum and managing the students in the classroom.
Funded by:
General Budget
- Certified in Massachusetts in the subject area
- Knowledgeable about the Curriculum Frameworks
- Experience teaching the subject preferred
- Teach five sections of math
- Use related computing software and possess appropriate computer skills
- Use appropriate guidelines, curriculum, instructional strategies to continually develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum
- Collect and document accurate information / data on student progress using tools and assessments rooted in appropriate curriculum standards
- Complete all paperwork and reports required in a thorough and timely manner, including grades and weekly updating in online gradebook
- Work collaboratively with members of the math department
Salary:
As per agreement between the Quaboag Education Association and the Quaboag Regional School District Committee
