Job Description

Substitute Teachers needed for both the vocational and academic programs. Are you passionate about education and looking for a flexible teaching opportunity? Tri-County is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Substitute Teachers. This role is essential in ensuring that our students continue to receive a high-quality education in the absence of their regular teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide instruction and support to students according to the lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
  • Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
  • Ensure that all students are engaged and on task.
  • Follow the school's policies and procedures for classroom management and student safety.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.

Position Type: Part-time

Salary: $125 Per Day

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and teaching styles.
  • Prior experience in a classroom setting is a plus, but not required.
  • At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
