Location: Newbury
Milk Education in Newbury is seeking an Aspiring Criminal Justice Officer – Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-18 facing challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, and SEMH needs. You will build relationships, apply restorative approaches, and work in small groups.
You will collaborate with therapists and staff to deliver holistic interventions, advocate for students, and help reintegrate them into education; prior experience with vulnerable children is valued but training is provided.
