Job DescriptionThe Braintree Public Schools seeks a collaborative, creative, and kind severe special education teacher to join our South Middle School team. The classroom is comprised of students grades 5-8 who have behavioral, sensory, and educational needs related to their autism spectrum disorder. Experience using applied behavior analysis methodology, positive behavior supports, and data collection preferred. Responsibilities include curriculum implementation, intake evaluations, IEP writing, and progress reporting.
Candidates must be MA DESE certified in Severe Special Education and have the SEI endorsement.
