Full time position. Salary range: $54,654 - $110,057 per year.

• Coaching teachers and interventionists in curriculum design, differentiated instruction, and data-driven decision-making.
• Organizing intervention groups, schedules, and assignments for interventionists.
• Training and supporting interventionists on targeted interventions tailored to individual student needs.
• Providing teachers and interventionists with grade-level data for formative decisions.
• Incorporating diverse assessment strategies to inform and modify instruction.
• Reviewing and recommending programs and materials.
• Planning and facilitating data meetings.
• Participating in scheduled Student Intervention Team (SIT) meetings.
• Coordinating and communicating with the English Department Chair.
• Assisting interventionists with services to students, troubleshooting difficulties, assessing responses, providing feedback to teachers, modeling instruction, interpreting data, and communicating with staff and parents.
• Assisting teachers with lesson modeling, Tier I interventions, group selection, data analysis, ELA program consistency, data for standards-based reporting, and communication of student needs with staff and parents.
• Demonstrating knowledge of culturally responsive teaching and maintaining an inclusive learning environment.

• Reading Specialist license (required).
• English or Elementary license (required).
• 7+ years of classroom teaching experience (required).
• Middle school experience (preferred).
• Instructional coaching experience (preferred).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Master’s degree (preferred).
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
