Prospero Teaching is currently seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Mentor to join a SEND Academy in Sunderland starting 2 September 2026. The role focuses on supporting pupils with challenging behaviour through tailored strategies and one-to-one mentoring, in close collaboration with teachers and families.
You will contribute to students' academic and personal development, ensuring effective behaviour management and communication with home, while embracing a supportive school community.
