Milk Education is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 on both a part-time and full-time basis throughout the academic year.
We are also working closely with a number of partner schools to support their long-term and permanent support staff appointments for September, making this an excellent opportunity whether you're seeking flexible supply work or your next permanent role.

You will work within primary schools, supporting children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping to create positive learning environments where pupils can thrive and succeed.
Responsibilities of a Primary School Teaching Assistant may include:- Supporting the class teacher with lessons and classroom activities
- Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis with pupils
- Supporting children with additional learning needs where required
- Assisting with classroom routines and behaviour management
- Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence and independence
- Supporting children's social, emotional and educational development
- Helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
