Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–2:45 PM (7:00 AM–4:30 PM on Wednesdays)

Overview:
An elementary school in Hyde Park is seeking a dedicated Building-Based Educator to join its team immediately. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that every student receives consistent, high-quality instruction and support throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom instruction or academic support across multiple grade levels and subject areas.
• Assist with school programs and student supervision during non-instructional times.
• Maintain high academic and behavioral expectations for all students while providing the necessary support for success.
• Participate actively in coaching sessions and professional development opportunities.
• Contribute positively as a collaborative and dependable member of the school community.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a school setting or with elementary-aged children.
• Commitment to professional growth and openness to coaching and feedback.
