Job Goals:
To support students with disabilities to facilitate their inclusion in general education courses at Massasoit Community College.

• Provide on-campus and/or remote support to assigned MAICEI students during scheduled classes
• Direct support for coursework completion
• Facilitate student participation in classes
• Assist students with assignments
• Foster communication between the students and instructors regarding accommodations as needed
• Liaison between Oliver Ames High School and the MAICEI Program Coordinator to maintain current information about MAICEI students progress or needs.
• Attend assigned training as offered by the Department of Higher Education (DHE), Massasoit Community College, and/or Easton Public Schools.
• Support other responsibilities as assigned by the Principal, Department Head and/or Director of Special Services.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's Degree preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of Special Education Instruction
• Successful experience supporting students with a wide range of abilities, interests, and needs
• High School/Trade School degree preferred
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required
