The Forestdale School in Sandwich, a PreK-2 school, is searching for two (2) Part-Time Interventionists beginning on August 31, 2026, and eachshall perform the following essential duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):

• Support Tier II and Tier III Reading or Math Instruction
• Provide direct instruction in one to one or small group settings to students identified as eligible for reading or math intervention services
• Use formal and informal assessment data to guide student achievement of the MA Frameworks
• Use a variety of programs or materials to support the needs of individual students to achieve the content standards
• Assist in data collection, management and analysis
• Participate in data team meetings as needed
• Assist in the administration of all benchmark assessments
• Participate in special education meetings or parent conferences as requested
• Maintain and improve professional competence through participation in all professional development activities
• Other duties as requested by the Principal and/or Supervisor.

REPORTS TO:

• Building Principal/Assistant Principal and/or Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Special Education, Reading or related field.
• Valid Massachusetts teaching license preferred.
• 2+ years of successful classroom teaching or small group instruction

COMPENSATION:
Per theESP Collective Bargaining Agreement located on the Sandwich website .
