HVAC​/R Instructor - Part-Time Hours​/Full-Time Pay

NETTTS (New England Tractor Trailer Training School) is hiring experienced HVAC/R Technicians to become HVAC Instructors at our Pawtucket, RI campus. • Earn $60,000 per year*
• Part-time with full-time benefits:

• ~26 hours per week
• Evening: Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 4:30 PM - 10:30 PM

• Teach hands-on and classroom-based sessions in the HVAC/R Technician program
• Demonstrate tools, techniques, and procedures aligned with industry standards
• Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and track attendance
• Maintain equipment and support a safe, clean training space
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with fellow instructors

• No teaching experience required – we provide the training
• No ladders, no crawlspaces – teach in a professional, comfortable training environment
• Make a difference – guide students toward stable careers in the skilled trades

• RI Trade License
• At least 3 years of HVAC/R experience
• Strong communication skills and a desire to mentor others
• Dependability, professionalism, and patience
• A genuine interest in helping students succeed in the trades
