Experience working with students with intensive special needs.

Accountability Objective:
Supervise students in the After School Program at Boylston Elementary School as 1:1 support

Responsibilities:
The After-School Program provides supervision and support for students in grades K–5 during the after-school program. Para will ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment while overseeing student activities such as homework, play, and enrichment.

• Supervise and monitor students to ensure safety and appropriate behavior.
• Engage with students in structured and unstructured activities.
• Support students with homework, games, and recreational activities.
• Assist with program routines such as snack, clean-up, and transition to new activities.
• Communicate effectively with students and staff.
• Enforce program rules and school expectations in a positive manner.

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to manage groups of students in a positive and supportive way.
• Dependable, responsible, and flexible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience working with children in a school, camp, or childcare setting.
• Ability to foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all students.
• Reliability and flexibility to support the needs of the program.

Terms of Employment: August 2026
- June 2027
Salary: $30.00 Per hour
