Location: The Learning Experience – Billerica, MA
Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
The Learning Experience – Billerica is seeking an experienced and EEC Certified Curriculum Specialist to support curriculum implementation, classroom quality, and teacher development throughout our early childhood education program.
This role is ideal for a strong educator who loves teaching but is also ready to take on additional responsibility supporting other teachers. You'll work directly with classrooms, model effective teaching practices, help educators successfully implement curriculum, and step in to provide classroom support when needed.

What You'll Do- Support consistent implementation of The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Work alongside teachers to strengthen lesson delivery, classroom routines, and child engagement
- Model developmentally appropriate teaching strategies and classroom management techniques
- Provide coaching, guidance, and hands‑on support to teaching teams
- Help teachers prepare learning centers, classroom materials, and engaging educational experiences
- Observe classrooms and partner with leadership to identify opportunities for additional teacher support
- Support children's social‑emotional, language, cognitive, and early academic development
- Step into classrooms as needed to provide teaching and ratio support
- Help maintain consistent educational standards across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs
- Support new teachers as they learn curriculum expectations and classroom practices
- Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing, health, and safety requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required
- Previous professional experience in a licensed childcare, daycare, or preschool setting required
- Experience across multiple early childhood age groups strongly preferred
- Lead Teacher certification or classroom leadership experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and early childhood curriculum
- Comfortable coaching, mentoring, and supporting fellow educators
- Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- Must meet all applicable Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
