South Shore Early Education seeks a full-time Education Manager at our Plymouth location, full-time 37.50 hrs. per week, 52 weeks per year. Base hourly rate $27.50/hr.; salary is commensurate with education, experience and licenses. All benefits apply. No nights, no weekends.

Directly responsible for all programmatic functions in collaboration with supervision of education staff including EEC licensing, health, and safety regulations, as well as all accreditation requirements. Classroom oversight; regulatory oversight;
Head Start, or Early Childhood Center based experience required.
Qualifications:
MA EEC Lead Teacher Preschool/ Infant Toddler and Director II certification required; bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (MS) in Early Childhood Education, or related field such as Child Care, Psychology, required. Knowledge of the comprehensive purpose and philosophy of the EEC program including the regulations. Experience & dedication working with children and families 3months-5 years of age. 3-5 years demonstrated supervisory experience.
Understanding and speaking/writing in Spanish, Portuguese or Haitian Creole languages desired.

- Valid MA state driver’s license
