Chickering Elementary School in Dover, MA is seeking an Educational Assistant to work with classroom teachers and students in grades K-5 to support academic and social-emotional learning activities, supervise lunchroom and recess, and assist teachers with materials preparation. Educational Assistants will be provided support and direction from general education staff.

• To nurture and support students.
• Support and facilitate classroom activities and instruction
  -Implement designated academic learning activities and positive behavior support plans
  -Communicate with educators regarding student progress
• Assist classroom teachers in creating materials for student use.
• Supervision of students

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience supporting students using strategies for differentiated instruction
• Ability to work well with others
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Work the school year calendar, plus 3 extra days
• Hourly rate: $24.70 plus benefits
