Location: The Learning Experience – Foxboro, MA

Pay: $22–$23 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Infant Teacher – Build Strong Foundations from Day One

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is looking for a compassionate Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is perfect for an educator who understands the importance of responsive caregiving, meaningful interactions, and creating a nurturing environment where infants feel safe, secure, and encouraged to explore.

Responsibilities

• Provide loving, attentive care for infants in a safe and engaging classroom
• Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized care
• Plan age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities
• Encourage language, motor, cognitive, and social‑emotional development
• Maintain open communication with families regarding each child's progress
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and center leadership
• Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required
• Previous infant classroom experience preferred
• Strong understanding of infant development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
