Four Seasons Creative Learning Center Inc. is seeking a passionate, nurturing Certified Infant Teacher to join our dedicated team in West Bridgewater, MA. Responsibilities- Provide attentive, hands-on daily care for infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing
- Plan and implement age-appropriate developmental activities that support cognitive, social, and physical growth
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment that meets licensing standards
- Observe and document infant milestones and communicate progress regularly with families
- Build warm, trusting relationships with infants and their parents or guardians
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols in accordance with state childcare regulations
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience
- Early childhood education certification or equivalent credential required
- Prior experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early education setting
- Strong knowledge of infant development, best practices, and age-appropriate curriculum
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to meet Massachusetts EEC (Early Education and Care) staffing qualifications
- Warm, patient, and compassionate demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
- Strong communication skills for effective parent and team engagement
